Parkshore Marina Association is a 180+ slip marina on the southwest corner of Lake Washington in Seattle, Washington. Slips range in size from 26′ to 50′ with some of the larger slips being covered. Each slip has a pedestal power drop, a water faucet (City of Seattle water), TV, phone and cable is available to each slip (for an additional charge).

Parkshore Marina Association is a Condominium Home Owners Association governed under the Revised Code of Washington Section 64 along with a Declaration and Bylaws as approved by the membership. Each slip being self owned under the Association.

The Marina covers four acres of water with five docks. Parkshore is a gated facility, with a clubhouse, storage units for each owner/tenant, laundry facilities, manager’s office and apartment and complete restrooms and shower facilities.
